1. Business Information

Intended Audience: Mortgage brokers at Edge Home Finance

2. Services Provided
Subscribers gain access to a content library of marketing materials for promoting their business and loan products.

There is no limit to the number of templates a subscriber can use.

3. Payment Terms
Billing Structure: Monthly
Payment Method: Payments are automatic and accepted via debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
Late Payment Policy: A 2-day grace period is allowed for automatic payment failures. Service will be canceled if payment is not received within this period.

4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation Policy: Subscribers can cancel at any time. Access to the platform remains until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy: No refunds are provided, except if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of purchase or auto-payment. Request refund upon cancelling via email at support@thevaultmarketing.com

5. Customer Responsibilities
Subscribers may not share their account or marketing materials with any other loan officer. Access to the materials is strictly limited to the subscriber and their administrative team or assistant, provided the materials are used solely to promote the subscriber’s business.

6. Intellectual Property
The Vault Marketing retains ownership of all marketing materials provided. Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for their business.

7. Compliance and Legal

The Vault Marketing provides advertising materials that follow guidelines set forth by the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) to promote transparency in lending. We offer a framework of compliance guidance for creating clear disclosures, including templated statements and relevant logos; however, it is the subscriber’s responsibility to update these materials with accurate loan terms and ensure full compliance with TILA, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Fair Housing Act, and any other applicable laws. Subscribers should consult with their own compliance professionals as needed.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
Information Collected: Name, email address, and physical address.
Data Usage: Information is used solely for service provision and is not shared with third parties.

9. Modifications and Updates
Any changes to the terms and policies will be communicated via email.

10. Support and Training
Support: Email support is provided at support@thevaultmarketing.com.
Training: Weekly onboarding sessions for new subscribers and ongoing weekly training are conducted via Zoom. 

11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through mediation in the state of Texas under the jurisdiction of Texas law.
